Management Objectives


 

Day Property Management LLC is an expanding property management company that presently services the Fox Cities and the surrounding areas, including Oshkosh and beyond. Below is a list of property management objectives that is uniquely tailored to our clients.
 
- To ensure that the communications are conveyed with clarity and consistency between Day Property 
  Management LLC and its clients. Always maintaining both parties are working towards the same 
  agenda
 
- Develop a management plan to operate the property within the guidelines set forth by our clients and 
  input from Day Property Management LLC
 
- Oversee the day to day operations of the property in a cost effective manner while maintaining steady 
  cash flow
 
- Develop and implement a creative marketing plan that allows for financial gain and stability
 
- Increase rents appropriately and competitively within the standards of the market
 
- Assist our clients with a plan to achieve a positive cash flow as developed by  Day Property 
  Management LLC and its staff
 
- Review monthly financials including but not limited to income and expense
 
- Make periodic scheduled and unscheduled inspections of the property to ensure maintenance and 
  rental standards set forth in the lease are being maintained

Day Property Management LLC operates all of our properties with integrity and high standards. We will follow the procedures effectively within the guidelines of the plan designed by you the client along with the input of our experienced and knowledgeable staff, and always with the approval and guidance from owner Michael Day, sole proprietor of Day Property Management LLC.

  • ✓ Maintain open communication
  •     between residents and Day Property

  • ✓ Monitor security and safety of
  •     premises
  • ✓ Stay abreast of landlord, tenant and
  •     fair housing laws through education
  • ✓ Keep operating expenses at a
  •     minimum
